Initial Site Visit
Every project starts with a conversation…
The initial consultation is an opportunity to explore the possibilities and expectations of your project and what part of the project Kala Earthworx can offer assitance on.
During this meeting, we will discuss the following if relevant to your project:
- Methodology, options, possibilities and ideas
- Construction advice on structural aspects
- Costs savings and if we can use onsite supplies.
- Supply of materials and finishes.
- Advice on council and engineering matters – requirements specific to your project.
- Lead times, timelines and a quotation for the construction of the project.
Upon acceptance of the proposal, we will start the internal process estimated costs and aiming to meet your budgets. A final quotation and construction plan will be presented.
Construction
Once completed an initial Site Visit, proposal stage and you are ready to make a start on the construction phase.
Upon acceptance of the construction quotation, we will provide a basic plan or methodology of how we run through the project. You’ll have an onsite meeting with our team, to ensure that we are all on the same page and be provided with a construction schedule and estimated time of completion.
Our construction teams have a wealth of experience in the fields of onsite construction, and are committed to delivering the highest standard of work on every project.
You can rest assured that no matter how many hands are building your project, you’ll only ever deal with one point of contact – a construction supervisor or project manager who oversees all aspects of your project to ensure every element is delivered on time, on budget and above expectation.
Once your project has reached completion, we will give you a run through or send photos of the project to make sure you are 100% happy with the finished project
